24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
New Patient No Show or last minute cancellation-$40.00
Existing Patient No Show or last minute cancellation-$25.00
*We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.

Monday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED
If you need a time that is before or after these hours please ask and we will be more than happy to find a time that works for both of us!
We will be CLOSED on the following dates for 2020:
